1. About the Site

The Site is an unofficial, fan-made magazine and resource for players of Ragnarok: Zero. It is operated independently by roztoday and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Gravity Co., Ltd. or any official developer, publisher or operator of Ragnarok: Zero.

Game names, characters, sprites, item icons, screenshots, game data and related materials remain the property of their respective owners. They appear on the Site for non-commercial, informational and commentary purposes only, and no claim of ownership is made over them.

2. Acceptable Use

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• interfere with, disrupt or place an unreasonable load on the Site or its infrastructure, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it;
• circumvent, disable or otherwise interfere with any access restriction or protection measure on the Site, including restrictions on preview features and protections applied to data files and images;
• use any robot, crawler, scraper or other automated means to access, collect or copy content from the Site, except search-engine indexing that complies with the Site’s published instructions;
• use the Site, the feedback form or any poll to harass any person, or to submit unlawful, abusive, defamatory or infringing material;
• impersonate any person, misrepresent your identity, or falsely claim an affiliation with roztoday, Gravity Co., Ltd. or any official operator of Ragnarok: Zero; or
• share, sell, transfer or publish an activation key or access to your account.

3. Intellectual Property

Except for the third-party materials described in Section 1, the Site and its content are the original work of roztoday and are © 2026 roztoday. All rights are reserved. This includes, without limitation:

• original written content, including guides, articles, issues of Emperium Weekly and their translations;
• the selection, verification, structuring and arrangement of the monster, item, option, market and other databases (the “Database Compilation”), which is protected as a compilation under applicable copyright law and, where applicable (including in the European Union, the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom), by the sui generis database right;
• the tools, simulators, calculators and timers, including their methods, formulas and source code; and
• the visual design, layout, styling, logo, branding and source code of the Site.

roztoday claims no ownership of the underlying Ragnarok: Zero game data, mechanics or artwork. Our rights extend to our own expression, and to our substantial investment in obtaining, verifying, compiling and presenting that information.

Except as expressly permitted below, you may not, without our prior written permission:

• scrape, crawl, mirror or bulk-download the Site or any of its databases or data files;
• reproduce, republish, sell or redistribute our content or the Database Compilation, in whole or in substantial part, on any website, application, bot or other platform;
• create a derivative, competing or substitute database, wiki, tool or service from our content;
• copy or closely imitate the Site’s visual design, layout or source code; or
• use our content to train, fine-tune, evaluate or build artificial-intelligence models or datasets.

Permitted use. You may link to any page of the Site, and you may quote short excerpts for the purposes of review, discussion, criticism or teaching, provided that roztoday is credited and a link to the source page is included. AI assistants may summarise individual pages in response to a user’s query, provided that roztoday is credited and the relevant page is linked.

Enforcement. roztoday actively protects its content and design and may issue takedown notices, including notices under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act, to hosting providers, content-delivery networks, platforms and search engines in respect of infringing copies. Requests for permission or a licence, and reports of infringement, may be sent through the Feedback button on the Site or through our Discord.

4. Guides, Databases, Tools and Market Data

All content on the Site is provided for general information only. Game mechanics, drop rates, item data and prices change over time, and the Site may contain errors or out-of-date information.

Market prices are compiled from in-game vendor listings observed at the time of each sync. They are a snapshot only: listings may have been sold, changed or withdrawn since, and the Site does not show every listing. Simulators, calculators and timers produce estimates and may differ from results in the game.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the Site accurate but give no guarantee of accuracy, completeness or availability, and we are not responsible for any decision you make, or any outcome in the game or otherwise, in reliance on the Site. Errors can be reported through the Feedback button.

5. Accounts, Preview Features and Notifications

Discord sign-in. You may sign in with your Discord account. We receive only your Discord user ID, display name and avatar; we do not receive your e-mail address or password. Your session is kept in a secure cookie on your device. You are responsible for activity under your session.

Preview features. Certain features are made available, at our sole discretion, only to users who have activated a personal activation key. Activation keys are personal to the Discord account for which they were issued and are non-transferable. Preview features are experimental, are provided in confidence and may be changed, suspended or withdrawn, and access to them may be revoked, at any time and without notice. You agree not to publicly disclose, share or republish preview features or their content without our permission.

Notifications. Where a feature sends you messages through Discord (such as market watch-list alerts), delivery depends on Discord and on your own Discord settings and is not guaranteed. We store the settings you save for such features only to provide them, and you may delete them at any time from the feature’s page.

6. Feedback and Submissions

If you send us feedback, suggestions, clips, stories or other material, or take part in a poll, you grant roztoday a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, adapt and publish that material in connection with the Site and Emperium Weekly. You confirm that you have the right to grant this licence, and you must not submit personal information about other people without their consent.

7. Third-Party Services and Links

The Site relies on third-party services, including Discord and Cloudflare, and may link to third-party websites. Your use of those services and websites is governed by their own terms and policies, and roztoday is not responsible for their content, availability or practices.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site, its content, tools and features are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, roztoday and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Site, including any loss of in-game items, currency, progress or account access, or any action taken by a game operator.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or to any feature, revoke any activation key, or remove any submission, at any time and at our sole discretion, including where we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may amend these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated. Your continued use of the Site after a change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or with your use of the Site, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

The courts of the Kingdom of Thailand have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute or claim. Nothing in this section deprives a consumer of the protection of any mandatory provision of the law of the country in which they reside.

13. Language

These Terms are provided in English, Thai and Traditional Chinese. If there is any inconsistency between the versions, the English version prevails.
